I recently purchased a house in Woodstock. Moving from Guelph I did not know much about Woodstock. Bill was the listing agent of my house. He worked with my agent to get things done fast and efficient. After close is where Bill stood out to me. He brought over cleaning supplies...a swifter (which refillable...didn’t know, I have one now) a vacuum and a positive attitude to get things done all with a sense of humor. Well...he did tackle the bathroom, toilet and all, thanks again Bill lol. Since, he has been a source of local knowledge whenever I have randomly reached out with questions for looking plumbers, locksmith, entertainment etc...
