Had my ducts and vents cleaned by Zach who did an incredible job and provided me some pictures of an issue he spotted that I needed to get resolved. I would never have know about the issue without him pointing it out to me. While Zach was there I discovered by hot water tank was not working and he made a call to James who came at the end of his very long, hot day and he was able to replace my tank and get it up and running that same night. They were both incredibly helpful and went out of their way to ensure my needs were looked after. I highly recommend this company and will definitely call on them again! Thanks for everything guys!

Updating my review 🙂 just had Berwic crew back to clean our furnace vents and they were on time and and so amazing and professional! Thanks so much guys!!
Called Berwic to hook up our humidifier on our furnace and received excellent service. Used them again a week later for some plumbing upgrades/ relocation. Very responsive and professional. Highly reccomend the Berwic team!

10/10 would recommend! The insulation on the new furnace was great, and we had a minor freeze on the first cold morning and Luke came over straight away at 5am and got it all clued up for us. These guys are great!

Very professional company, clean trucks built for purpose, all the guys have uniforms and invoice electronically with multiple epayment options. I had a boiler installed for my domestic water and in floor heating and the equipment they installed and the workmanship they provided were both top quality. I always had an update on progress and a prompt response with email or text. The piping and equipment all look very tidy and clean. During the install they worked extremely hard to ensure I wasn’t without hot water longer than necessary. Would use again for any heating/cooling.

Called Berwic because I had some “pinhole leaks” on fairly recent ss vent pipe I had installed a couple years ago on a tube heater. I just wanted to ensure the unit was installed correctly and needed expert advice on why this stainless pipe would be rotting so soon. I called Friday and was told to expect a call on Monday on tech availability. This was fine as it was not an emergency as weather was still warm. I had to call them late Monday as I feared they forgot about me. The lady answered and was told to expect a tech the next morning. James showed up and was excellent. Very polite and professional, he was intrigued as to why this pipe prematurely failed. He started digging into it… found the manufacturer likely had a substandard shipment of stainless. Using Berwic relationships with vendors, James was able to get the replacement parts under warranty. I only received an invoice for a couple hours work, which was exactly what the job took. Koodo’s to James and it proves again that a great field tech is the best marketing for service businesses like this! The only reason to not give it the 5th star was the delay with invoicing (about 2 weeks) and scheduling the tech for the call as I had to call back when told they would call me. If I could give 4 1/2 stars, I would. As a comparison, I’m still waiting for one of their largest competitors to call me… it’s been about 3 months.

These guys are the best. On time and will fit you in pretty much any time.
No surprises. They are as thorough as you can get and trustworthy.
We had James at our place for a week straight installing 2 AC units, a gas fired garage heater, and tidying up some ductwork.
Getting them back in the spring to install a gas insert in one of our fireplaces.

Highly recommend! Very professional team. I had issues with my garage heater where I could smell gas/exhaust throughout my garage and I made a call on Sunday for Berwic to assist. They answered the call and were here first thing Monday morning. The individual thoroughly inspected the unit and gas line to my heater. They found there was a leak at one of the fittings. They had the line repaired, cleaned up and put away in no time. I will definitely be calling on Berwic for any future heating and cooling needs in my home. Thank you Luke and the team at Berwic.
