Stuart’s lack of service, unprofessional demeanour and arrogant conversation mannerisms reflected poorly of Bedrock's showroom at Cherot.

As a serving military member new to the Edmonton housing market and to the city as a whole, my family and I were initially keen to view Bedrock's showroom at Cherot. Upon entry, Stuart brushed off our interest due to us expressing that we weren't in the final stages of our decision processes. After browsing the show room, Stuart’s condescending mannerisms insinuated we weren't capable of affording their properties. As a former Director of Sales, I've trained hundreds of sales professionals with the baseline of respect; we met no such training at Bedrock.

It is with a sincere hope that others undergo a more pleasant experience should they step into Bedrock's showroom in Cherot irregardless of their profession, ethnicity or stage of their decision-making process.

We recently purchased our home in the beautiful new Chérot community in St. Albert through Bedrock Homes, and the entire experience was outstanding. Stuart Neal, the area manager, was professional, responsive, and made the process smooth from start to finish. Chérot’s French-inspired charm, including the unique Paris Playground with its Eiffel Tower replica, gives the neighbourhood a special character. We’re absolutely thrilled with the quality of our new home and highly recommend Bedrock Homes and this vibrant new community!

Bedrock Homes delivered us an amazing home with Impressive build quality.
From the triple pane windows and The spray foam insulation around rim joist, to the meticulous level of detail and inspection preformed by their
build team
and site supervisors.(by Scott who was knowledgeable and really cared about the quality of the build )
The detailed orientation and final inspection (by George who was eagle eyed and through during the pre occupancy inspection)
The knowledgeable area sales manager(Stuart) who made every effort possible to ensure all the details and requests were met with a cheerfull smile and haste ( even when it wasn't time sensitive).
Their legal team were professional and prompt
So far I've found cherot to be warm and inviting and even with all the construction and landscaping going on it's been very quiet.

Wow what an exciting opportunity! "New 900-Student K-9 School Coming to St. Albert’s Growing Chérot Neighborhood!” On March 19, 2025, the Alberta government announced that it will fund a new 900-student K-9 school in St. Albert’s Chérot neighborhood. This school will be run by St. Albert Public Schools. The Chérot site, which was originally planned for a high school, was approved as ready for construction in February 2025.
St. Albert Public Schools is working with the city to change the site's plans and get the school ready. The goal is to have the school built and open by 2028. This new school is important for the Chérot neighborhood, which is growing quickly. The school’s name and programs will be decided later this year.
