We already posted with the floor issues but issues are not ending. No one to hear our issue the warranty team or the builder, so i think this is the best way for communication.
After few months of purchase we noticed this issue and addressed to warranty team when they came for other work but they ignored, at that time it was minor. This is the condition of our parking pad after one and half years of purchase, WOW super……before the completion of 1 year of warranty by the builder, we asked many times to your warranty team why our parking pads are flaking and they told it’s completely normal because of winter.
Please check the public concrete slabs after harsh winter it remains stable.
Your construction can’t even withstand a winter?
We noticed our basement and front walkway got same issues.
If we call warranty team that’s another joke, no one to answer and no reply for emails.
I checked with many contractors and everyone told it’s not cured properly or not mixed properly and it’s an expensive fix too.I AM POSTING PICTURES ALONG WITH THE PROOF. Please don’t say it’s happened because of winter, if you are assuming that please come and check other’s parking pad and public driveway in the same area.
We don’t use salt, instead we shovel regularly in winter, in case it’s your second reason.This is really bad. We are really upset purchasing a house from you.

This is our second time buying a new build, first time buying a Bedrock home. Mo and Martin at the St.Albert show home were fabulous! Despite it being late on a Thursday evening in January, Mo drove to the show home to go through the paperwork and write the offer. Both Mo and Martin are prompt to respond to all of our questions, and are still in contact now after taking possession. New homes, while beautiful, often still have items needing addressing, and Bedrock has been prompt to respond and fix issues. Scott Hayes is an incredible site super, and has been a fabulous point of contact as well in addressing any issues.

We brought house few months ago . We are having a horrible experience with them. Had to fight for every little thing under warranty. The house is full of flaws . Toilet doesn’t work, they installed undersize furnace , thermostat doesn’t work, low water flow in shower When we try to bring up the concern , they try to blame it on you . They get annoyed with every concern we raise . Horrible customer service. Overall they use cheap materials and shitty houses . Stay away from them if you want to have mental peace . We bought house from Cantiro last time . Hands down the best builder we came across. You should learn from them when it comes how to make quality house .
