i am not taking my rating down this time and you guys cant make me

anyway i have water bottles that need to be filled with water but i cant get them filled because they are depriving people of drinking water they only give people juice and water at the end of the day and morning they want the people to drink gross disgusting bathroom water goodluck with that

and to whoever is reading this if you tell me to take down my post again consider this GET WATER FOUNTINS SO PEOPLE CAN GET WATER WITHOUT ASKING ANYONE AND STOP DEPRIVING PEOPLE OF DRINKING WATER

I understand this is a assisted living and they have day to day addictions in this house but when theyre outside smoking drugs on the sidewalk, not dressed for the weather or bumming money for food and no staff insite or assistant these residence, ambulances there nightly, drug overdoses, summer time residences outside because its to hot in there units. I wouldnt put my love ones in this home as it wouldnt be benefical in everyday living. Junk in the garage, there always sitting under the trees and bushes, it needs to be cleaned up.

The Ministry, Public Health, ODSP fraud unit, Mayor, HCCS have been reported to.
The neglect, manipulation and substandard living for human beings is something to be ashamed of.
I think there is room for a CLASS ACTION lawsuit against Mr. Chityal.
For the family members who've lost someone under his trusteeship, for those who've been DELAYED their medications because he uses his owned pharmacies out of town... and for the fact that he allows uneducated staff administer medication.
UPDATE: just received a call and they are red flagging it to every department!

If you truly love your loved ones, this is NOT the place for them.
Everyone there is hungry all the time. The food is substandard, missing nutrition, and not NEAR enough.
No visitors are allowed on premises, even to help with their own loved one.
This tells me much. ☹️
I called one time to see why MY loved one was saying I wasn't allowed there......surely she was mistaken, right? Transparency is the standard, no?
My call was returned by a very grouchy, verrry unpleasant woman who in no uncertain terms told me I'm not welcome there.
What the heck is THAT
DISGUSTING to say the least.😞

UPDATE: They will soon be having to adhere to community/regional guidelines and regulation.
The dietary needs of the residents are not addressed and their meal plans are deplorable. Bathrooms are shared and they dont keep up with the cleanliness. I will take this "institution" to court and they can pay restitution for the many quality of lives they've spoiled.
ORIGINAL POST: I'm reporting these people. I'm an advocate for those who are unable to advocate for themselves.

I haven't lived at Beatrice Manor but all the homes i been in have been great made some good friends the staff works their buts off including higher ups I've known them for quite sometime now and all i gotta say thumbs up

They failed to comply with fire safety codes over the course of 5 years. I can only imagine what other infractions go on...
