Mike was easy to work with and did exactly what he said he would. We had previously had other contractors try to quote us excessive work but Mike made it clear that we only needed a minimal fix for a reasonable price. He gave us all of the options and advised us against the more expensive and complicated options because he felt they werent necessary.

He turned up with a colleague on the day and they were quick and efficient. The finished work looks tidy and they even worked around an electrical panel and managed to waterproof behind that area as well.

I would be happy to work with Mike and his colleague again for future waterproofing work.

We had a leak around our basement window after a rain storm in February. I did a couple calls for quotes from other crack repair companies who quoted over email from photos I had sent. The other companies were going fill the crack from the inside with no warranty due to the crack being repaired from the previous homeowner.

Mike from BBS came out in person and looked over the job. His recommendation was to repair by waterproofing the outside (including adding a drain in the window well) instead of trying to fill the crack again from the inside. Doing this repair from the outside he could also give a warranty with the job. Mike was very personable and it was nice to see companies still willing to come out to see and go over the scope of the work. In the end his quote was a little more than the others (still very reasonable) but totally understandable due to repairing from the outside versus a crack repair from the inside.

When the day came to do the repair, I was really impressed they showed up on time, did great work and left the site clean after they left.

I would 100% recommend BBS to others who are in need of this type of repair.
