Your doing a great job.just wanted to let you guys know that the new construction site on,76 ave in Willoughby just off 208 street the place is called townside village have opened the road you guys closed they took the blocking to there site. And opened a closed road making it very unsafe for families . The Lego block is in there parking lot they have made for thmselfs, not sure why they opens the road.onnrherw own but yes I would keep my eyes open with them hope it helps getting your property back..also the townside condo being build has opened another closed road on 206 to park there zoom booms on the paved road that is closed

Sinking road plates in Surrey along 24th ave they have not fixed…. Cars are bottoming out and getting damaged. B&B refused to talk about it and/or fix it

BMB contracting group trucks Chevrolet Silverado he always park’s so close to your driveway that you have a hard time getting out of your driveway. Being A New driver. They’re very inconsiderate people who work for this company. Read The Rules of the road.
How far parked away from a drive way do you have to be..
This is the second day that this has happened such an inconsiderate person.

The traffic control company they had hired for the work done on Mt Lehman & Downes Rd had no regard or respect to the residents nearby the construction site. B&B Contracting or the city gave no notice on the roads whatsoever indicating that they will be starting construction or there will be delays more than 30 minutes. I had to wait in my own driveway for over 20 minutes just to take a left as people did not give way for 4-5 days. The traffic control personnel or B&B Contracting did not think once to put signage in front of the affected driveways or intersections stating to not block them or an alternative. There should have been careful planning and consideration. When I called B&B Contracting that the traffic in front of driveways and intersections was an issue they said they will look into it after a couple of hrs I called for an update and was given a "The plans are city approved there's nothing we can do". While on the call I was asking a question about how long will this traffic situation last, the traffic control manager on the other side cut the call". Really upsetting to see that they have no concern for residents or how will they get out of their driveways. There was also situations where people started taking u turns and nearly colliding into other cars taking a right exiting our driveway. B&B Contracting and their Traffic Personnel also decided to remove the Harris Rd construction delay warning board and turned it the other way around so residents or people travelling that way can not see it.

Dangerous, sloppy, and unprofessional. I had the misfortune of being behind on of their trucks on highway 1 recently. The truck was spewing stones all over the busy highway and cracked my windscreen along with a number of others. A reckless disregard for the community to put such a badly packed/prepared truck on the highway. Email to their info@ address regarding the incident went unanswered which is pretty unprofessional 🙁
