Overall, great buildings. Well kept and fantastic staff. BUT, the new balcony railings are horrible!! A big attraction to this building is the view, and the new railings added last year took away almost all of that. Because the railings are now solid instead of the previous bar railings, we now have to step right out onto the balcony to see the previously lovely view. I used to love being able to sit and read, or even just walk by the window and look outside at nature, but being on a high floor, now the view is just the manmade railing. A big disappointment and a big step backwards. I would hope for the other building's sake that you reconsider this choice.

Bayview towers is a great place to live, the apartments are worth the rent, the view amazing. the staff keeps the place in top shape not like some apartment buildings, they also feel like you matter as a person and not just someone who wants your money.. upgrades are being done which is great . The staff are always there to help in anyway they can and it when something needs fixing it get done in good timing. Great place forsure

We have lived here for two years now and couldn’t be happier. All the superintendents are super friendly and accommodating. They work diligently to help and try to resolve any issues that come up without hesitation. I would highly recommend Bayview Towers if you are looking to rent.

I’m moving in to the building in a few weeks. Stacey and her team are wonderful to work with. Ryan toured the apartment with me and was really helpful and kind.
Looking forward to my new home at Bayview Towers.

Horrible service. Promised a sign in bonus and when it came time for finalizing, our emails were ignored until the "deal expired". Although we had signed the application and confirmed our intent. When we asked to speak to the management our apartment was given away to someone else.

Very disappointing service. About to close on an apartment in this building and was all set to receive the contract to sign, to be informed of them leasing the apartment to someone else after days of no reply to my emails. Highly unacceptable.

I applied for an apartment and I found Chris the manager absolutely wonderful and extremely thoughtful and very helpful
I have signed a contract and very excited to be moving into the Bayview Towers
