Nice new building, Not very secure. 2 apartments robbed (in the same time frame)while they were away. Strange because keys were used to unlock and locked back up again.

Update: found out that 2 more Apts. were broken into.

If you’re looking for a beautiful apartment that feels like home then you will get that here. From the moment you walk in you’re greeted by smiles and hello’s from your new neighbours. There are several activities that you can join in the party room if you wish. I have made it to craft night, yoga and coffee and hopefully game night soon and each event was full of laughter and fun. The staff is exceptional and go out of their way to assist you as soon as possible if you have a request. Chris the leasing specialist is accommodating and will assist you with your moving date and sets the tone for the friendly atmosphere in the building.
Resident managers Miranda &Josh are always there to help when needed.
Damaris the assistant resident manager always greets you with a smile and ready to help.

Bayfield Tower Apartments is a new rental property in NW Barrie located near all amenities. Management and Rental Staff are very accommodating and efficient. Due to limited mobility from knee replacements, I was given a parking spot near the entrance of the building. For that I am thankful. The staff provide activities and get togethers for tenants who wish to participate. Great place to live.

All the cost of modern condos with zero amenities. How can you charge the same as brand new builds that have an exercise room, pet spa and sometimes even a pool? You claim it has astounding amenities, all there is is a social room and rooftop. This pricing is obnoxious for what you get.

In addition to your response to my review. You just reiterated what is in your ad. No one paying $3000/mth in a brand new condo should have to also pay for local amenities.
