I had a very disappointing experience with the company, especially the agent Vicky Zou. I am the tenant in one of her listing properties, and she allowed the showing agent enter my unit after I canceled the showing. I cancelled the showing at 1.45pm at 12.30pm by calling the front desk, but she sent me a showing confirmed message at 1.15pm again to reconfirm the cancelled appointment, which lies within the 24 hour notice. When I called her and asked for her explanation, she was extremely rude and called me violated against the law.
The most important thing is ... its not even the first time she did it........

My experience with Andrew Saour was deeply disappointing and unprofessional. Without my consent, he contacted my employer—a major medical device/pharma company—to verify my employment. This was a serious breach of privacy and completely inappropriate. If he had concerns, he could have easily verified my credentials through the extensive documentation I provided, including my pay statements, bank statements, Notice of Assessment, T4, offer letter, employment verification letter, reference letter, and LinkedIn profile.

Instead of respecting boundaries, he took it upon himself to involve my HR, disregarding the fact that employee-employer relationships are personal and sensitive. This kind of behavior is not only intrusive but could have had professional consequences.

After all of this, we were told the landlord required four months' rent upfront, in addition to the first and last month—six months total. This demand was unreasonable and showed a lack of empathy or understanding of standard rental practices.

When we submitted a counteroffer, Andrew simply stopped responding. No follow-up, no explanation—just silence. If our application wasn’t accepted, a direct “no” would have been professional and appreciated. Ghosting us after such an exhaustive and invasive process was unacceptable.

I would not recommend working with Andrew Saour. Transparency, respect, and professionalism are critical in real estate—and unfortunately, this experience lacked all three.

Extremely unprofessional experience. The salesperson Chen Li never responds despite repeated attempts. Even after calling the office and being assured of a call back, no one ever followed up. If this is how they treat potential customers, I can only imagine the service after a sale. Very disappointing and not recommended.
