The owner of this company went out of his way to take control of renovations of a 5 apartment dwelling. He converted the dwelling into a single home. Jim and Jeff are nice guys to speak with, when you speak with them. Their product is great and the company they use to build the buildings are first-in-class. We had issues with Bayshore on a communication level. I felt very marginalized and over promised during the development phase of my project, which got even worse leading up to construction. Emails and phone calls were seemingly falling on deaf ears. I couldn’t get a lot of clarity or answers to specific questions about the product when I did hear back from them, which in result caused delays (ended up getting answers elsewhere). I admit I didn’t hold them accountable to issues that came up, however their customer service left little to be desired. My lasting impression is I’m left with an open-ended resolution to my problem and wasn’t given any guarantee that it will be resolved. I’m left with money on the table that I likely won’t get back. Cautionary tale of not getting what you pay for
