We had an incredible guide (Joe) and E-Bike Tour— Banff Local Explorer today! We woke up today unexpectedly finding that our E-Bike tour from another company cancelled on us at the last minute! My husband scrambled and found Bike Banff and we had an amazing “private” tour today for our family of 4. It was even better than we expected! The bikes are very new and worked like a charm! Joe (manager) showed us beautiful Vermilion Lakes, Mt Rundle, Bow Falls, and Banff Springs Golf Course. We even got lucky and spotted wildlife on the way back. Joe was happy to take lots of pictures for us and gave us information of how Canada is preserving its nature and wildlife. We had a fantastic and unforgettable ride! Bike Banff did offer us a bottle of water in the beginning of the ride. But it might be nice to end with a granola bar, trail mix, or fruit snack at the end of the ride. Overall we had a wonderful morning and Bike Banff saved the day!! Thank you!!!!

10/10 highly recommend! Our tour guide Joe was awesome…extremely friendly, professional, patient (esp with a girl gang of 7 who loves pics) and knowledgeable! Bikes were safe and in great shape, route was perfect for our group with a mix of road and gravel, views were phenomenal as expected and we all had a great time!

This was my first time riding a scooter and was given free riding lessons to build my confidence for the 90 minute journey! The owners are friendly and patient! This was definitely a highlight of our trip to Banff and I can't recommend enough! If you get cold easily, wear a sweater or jacket. It gets cold with the wind and near Bow Falls. We saw a herd of Elk and the views were magnificent!!! A beautiful view of the Banff Springs Golf course too!! There is only a short period of time you are driving with the traffic but for the most part it was quiet empty roads! We had the best time and will speak of our experience for years to come! Thank you Banff Scooter Company!!

This scooter rental is the best in Banff! The owners take pride in their company and you can really see it.
We took our mothers out and They take the time to teach if want a lesson first (free of charge) he came for part of the ride until we were comfortable, showed us the best route with amazing views! So affordable and I highly recommend, one of the best days yet.

Joe was the most amazing and knowledgeable tour guide! My family booked this E-Bike tour last minute after our original booking with another company was cancelled the morning of. At first we were bummed but we’re SO glad that we ended up with Joe and Bike Banff - Joe took us down less trafficked roads and at times it felt like we had the whole space to ourselves on a gorgeous day. The E-Bikes worked great! There was a super steep hill as we made our way around the Fairmont property and the bikes did all the work. This was hands down the highlight of my time in Banff and I would highly recommend this company!

You can park for free near their store and they provide water if you ask before hitting the road.

Super fun experience and very friendly owners - the highlight of our trip to Banff!

Both my boyfriend and I were new to riding scooters (or any motorized bike/etc.) but the owners made sure we had enough practice before hitting the road. Absolutely no pressure to get it right the first time. They also provide a map that takes you on a path to some breathtaking views. Although the first road you go out on is quite a busy road, once you escape it it’s just hours of 30 km/h, very private roads around the mountain and golf course.

The place is conveniently located right by the train station which has tons of free parking space. Highly HIGHLY recommend this as a fun new way to spend your time at Banff! Thanks for the amazing service and experience ! 🙂

What a wonderful experience! My father and I saw these bright orange scooters as we were driving into Banff, and the thought to rent them was a no brainer. The owners are outstandingly nice and understanding. My father hadn't ridden a scooter since he was my age, and they personally went out to make sure he felt safe and knew all the controls.

Half way through our 3 hour booking, one of the scooters started to have some trouble - we gave them a call, and they encouraged us to swing on back. They gave us a replacement, no questions asked! Near the end of the reservation, we took a wrong turn, and ended up being 34 minutes late. Even while their policy had a strict "please return on time, or extra charges will incur", they waved it away with a smile!

In summary, a wonderful way to explore Banff town and the surrounding area. Their recommends for roads to use and places to go were A+. I can't say enough positive things about this place. The excellent customer service made the experience wonderful. Thank you!

Just some of the gorgeous scenery we saw along the way! Highly suggest two hours and taking a full experience. I would do this again in a heartbeat, without a doubt best way to see Banff
