We had Dylan in today to have our washer installed and new hoses installed. Dylan is very friendly, super down to earth guy and very efficient. He took the extra mile to help me get our dryer set back up as well.

Probably the worst communication I've ever experienced from a company. Came to fix a small issue, but it unfortunately persisted. No problem, it's not an exact science. Trial and error to find the cause. I totally understand.
But when we called back to arrange for someone to return, we were told they'd come that day and call us beforehand. We heard nothing all day, not even to let us know they couldn't make it. This happened on 2 separate days. Completely wasted our days waiting for them to let us know what was going on. No follow up on the following days either. So we had to chase them down.
The employees we spoke to were very nice, but the communication is non-existent and frustrating.

If I could provide more than 5 stars, I would. We have used Banff Plumbing's services for almost a decade for a bathroom renovation, routine plumbing calls, replacement of our Poly-B pipes and capping a gas line. In every interaction with every staff member, we have been treated with respect. All questions are answered thoroughly and promptly. Ryan and Dylan, in particular, have gone above and beyond and helped organize other trades (electrical) to help with items beyond plumbing. Truly an exceptional company.

So thankful for Banff Plumbing. We had a leak in our condo and they responded quickly (late in the evening!) and triaged the problem fast, professionally and with a reassuring expertise. We're very fortunate to have them here and I would not hesitate to recommend them. Shout out to Dylan for taking care of our issue tonight - much appreciated.

We had Banff Plumbing service our heating boiler. I have to say Dillon was fantastic. He was super professional, fast and incredibly helpful with his advice and recommendations for the entire installation. I would use these guys again in a heartbeat!
