I wanted to share my recent experience with Cory from Baker Plumbing. Cory did an excellent job removing the old pressure tank line and fitting a new line. He also installed the pressure reduction devices and carefully checked and set the proper water pressure for the entire house. Cory's expertise and friendly demeanor made the process smooth and pleasant. He was efficient and left everything clean and tidy. I am very pleased with my decision to call Baker Plumbing.

Always great service and reasonable prices. We had a new washer/dryer to be put in for a disabled tenant. The faucets started leaking when the taps were shut off to make the swap, and the dryer vent was damaged. Installers would not install and would not fix vent.

Called Baker, setup schedule. Plumber worked it all out, found where the main shutoff was located, got the faucets fixed and even fixed the dryer vent issues. Wrapped it all up in time for the installer to return in the afternoon and put the unit in place.

The irrigation valve that the developer of our house installed rusted out and it was going to be a big job. Cory had to do lots of digging through rocks and roots to get to the source. He worked hard and did a thorough job, communicating with us clearly and respectfully. We really appreciated his customer service and quality work.

Great experience with Baker Plumbing. From the original visit with Phil for a quote, to the multiple days of work with that followed with our bathroom renovation (tub/shower install, install of our new vanity and toilet) and home updating with Cory. Really appreciated Cory’s hard work, fixing some things a previous plumbing company had done. Will definitely use them for any plumbing needs in the future.

Don Ly came today and repaired a burst outdoor water spigot. He was friendly, kind and has a great attention to detail. He did excellent work in a very timely fashion. He was able to get into our narrow crawl space and do the job right. Highly recommend. As a bonus, he was also great with my exuberant puppy.
Chris at the office is also great, really good customer service.

Today I had the pleasure of Don show up to re-configure my kitchen sink plumbing. Don also installed with precision a new riser with air vent for my washer. Don is very informative, tactful, courteous and I would highly recommend having him here again for more plumbing tasks.

We had Baker come and install a sink for us. The tech that came was very good. Professional. Low maintenance. Knowledgeable.
However when it came time to billing it was a different story.
The invoice was lump sum so I asked for a breakdown.
I was told a price per hour. It didn’t add up so I said he was only there documented for 1hr 40min.
I was then told that we pay for travel.
This was not mentioned at time of original call. It wasn’t mentioned upon arrival. It’s not stated anywhere in any documentation.
Not only that, we are 12 minutes from the location they stated they bill from but charged approx 100$ for “travel”.
Then when on the phone with the lady from their office, she chastised me because “it’s expected and everyone knows it” and said “ what’s wrong with the world today. Why is everyone so confrontational You don’t know what you’re talking about”.
It’s cause you’re trying to scam us.
I will pay the bill but I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.
Only reason they got 2 stars instead of 1 is because of the tech they sent.

I was on site for the entirety of your techs visit.
He was documented on-site by video for 1hr40 min. As was I for the entire time.
Also, you were rude and belittling as you tried to blame it on me that I wouldn’t know or have the common sense to know you charged for travel without informing me at all. Very combative. Unprofessional. You told me to use a different company. You didn’t offer anything. I told you to have a good day and then hung up. Don’t spread lies
