The AyA team did amazing work on the design and installation of our new kitchen (design, cabinets, counter tops, and back splash).
Michelle was very professional, knowledgeable, kind, and flexible. She listened to our needs, and provided sound advice on the design, options and finishes. Clarence was an amazing one-man-show with great craftsmanship installing all the cabinets. Finally, the installers of the counter tops and back splash did an absolutely flawless job.
The whole process from beginning to end was seamless, and we are extremely happy with the results. A fair price was provided and pride in the work was evident. The AyA team was polite, friendly, kind, neat and efficient. Great job! I highly recommend their services.

We recently worked with Michelle at Aya in Ajax to complete an entire overhaul of our kitchen, including completely changing the layout and footprint of the kitchen. Working with Michelle was wonderful! We came to her with some ideas we had of what we'd like to see in our kitchen (and problems we didn't have solutions for). The kitchen was original to the home and about 40 years old, presenting lots of opportunities (and challenges) to address.

Michelle came up with an incredible wall-to-wall redesign for our new kitchen, taking all of our "wish list" items into consideration and providing several valuable new recommendations as well. In addition to recommending wonderful finishes and styles, Michelle was meticulous in the selections of each component of the kitchen and very mindful to ensure that adequate clearance was incorporated into the layout to maximize utility, flow, and practicality.

We had a relatively limited footprint to work with, and Michelle maximized every square inch of the floorplan to take advantage of the space we had to work with, including some creative (and very impactful) suggestions. She also referred us to work with a fantastic contractor who helped us work on the broader renovations to ensure a seamless and great experience.

We're absolutely thrilled with the end product and have been enjoying our new kitchen every day. Aside from the highly improved functionality, we are so pleased with the overall design and have had many of our friends compliment how impressed they are with the new look, finishes, and practicality of the new kitchen. We'd definitely recommend AyA to our friends and family (and they came highly recommended to us as well!).

Krista was our designer and she helped us overhaul our family room fireplace wall with custom cabinetry. She took her time to understand my vision and helped me take bits and ideas of things I liked to make it a reality. We recently had the pleasure of working with Michelle from AYA on both our basement and kitchen renovations. She helped us immensely with the planning and layout design, offering her expertise with a high degree of attention to detail. I just completed my kitchen renovation with Aya kitchens in Ajax, and my experience was positive.

Krista was my designer. From the moment we met, she was committed to helping me make my kitchen dreams come true. I was not the easiest client to deal with. I changed my mind several times before settling on the final design. Krista worked with me to balance my vision against the budget, offering alternatives at more affordable prices.

I was very worried that my measurements would be off or something ordered wouldn’t fit my space, but Krista’s measurements and design were perfect and precise.

Following the installation, Krista walked through the kitchen and together we identified defects and small issues that needed correcting. She even found a few issues I hadn’t identified! All the defects such as tiny bubbles in the paint job or stains which were slightly off were all submitted to the factory in a report. Everything was fixed and eventually replaced. I will say, these replacements take time (minimum 8 weeks) but do not worry, Aya wants to see you happy and they replace any issue they are responsible for.

What stood out the most in my experience with Aya was their support concerning issues resulting from my contractor. Due to my contractors mistakes, there were a few issues with cabinet measurements. I was really losing my mind thinking I would have to pay for completely new cabinets. However, Krista worked with me to come up with an economical and creative adjustment which saved me thousands.

I love my kitchen! It’s gorgeous! I’m thankful for Krista who helped deliver it but also practiced patience and understanding when I lost my temper or couldn’t manage my emotions due to the stresses of such a big Reno.
