We Decided to try out our new A&W for the first time. Well it started out with the very low speaker volume. We could not hear the worker taking our order. After we sorted that out. We ordered our food. My Husband asked for bacon on the burger. When I got home there was no bacon. What a disappointment. I’m hoping the next time things will go better. I’ll give them another chance because mistakes happen. But really hope they get the drive through speaker issue fixed.

Nice new A&W…. The mama burger gave my son a bad case of food poisoning and the fry oil is overused, fries are not A&W standard. I’ve eaten here three times and constantly the fries taste like overused oil.

Big dissatisfaction with this location, I went in this afternoon and ordered 90$of food, after I had already paid and I’ve shown the supervisor that the money came out of my account, they had a problem with their system that showed they didn’t receive the money, then proceeded to ask me to pay again, that’s almost 200$ of food! All the while the supervisor was being disrespectful. Shame on you, what happened to customer satisfaction? Bad look gibbons A&W

The worst location I have ever been too, and would give 0 stars if it was an option. I’ve been to this location a couple times and every time I’ve gone it’s been nothing but disappointing. Cold food, staff is incompetent of doing their jobs, you give them a coupon and they still charge you full price . Save your money and go somewhere else.

2 burgers takes30min to cook.... waited and got a refund. Couldn't even bothered to give me cash instead gave me all coins for the refund. If you can't cook or provide at least a proper service diet even serve people. Management needs to step up and do something. I wasn't the only one waiting....

Fresh fries, fresh ingredients on my mozza burger and friendly staff. Just can't give 5 stars strictly for the patties, it was good for A&W....but its A&W. Great job at this location though, thanks!!!

The food is good but the burgers are always falling apart they are in such a rush to make it they just get slapped together very sloppy and usually forget something like ketchup or your straw
