We had an excellent experience with Damian when we were locked out of our apartment in Guelph. He came quickly to help us get back in and went above and beyond by also assisting with an air conditioning issue and fixing the problem with our fob. Damian was incredibly responsive, polite, and professional throughout the whole process. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping people. Couldn’t ask for better service.

Had a problem with our patio door lock this evening. We phoned it in and Damien form ATR arrived here in Waterloo from Cambridge in about an hour. He fixed our door in about 10 minutes and took the time to show me how if it ever happens again. Really great guy. Super friendly and very good at what he does.
