I cannot say enough about the help I received from Sarah Gardner when purchasing my home recently.
It was easy to communicate with Sarah, and she demonstrated the ability to respond to questions and explain complex or unfamiliar information very well.
I was working with a limited budget for my needs, but I found Ms. Gardner to be unfailingly optimistic that we would find the right option for me. She had creative ideas related to the negotiation process, a broad network of professionals that she could refer me to if I needed assistance with a mortgage, inspection, home renovation, etc., and she was never pushy. With each step in the process I grew more confident in my choice to work with her, and the mortgage broker and inspector that she suggested were, like Sarah, also excellent.
If I were to buy again, I would absolutely go to Sarah first. She took the time to show me many options, and was unfailingly patient as we looked at a number of homes. Her professionalism, knowledge and communication skills were very much appreciated.

There isn't enough words to describe the person Hayley is, both personal and professional. I don't know if there are awards for top realtors but this lady deserves something! We found Hayley through the website while searching for our very first home. She actually reached out by email to us and got our preferences so she could let us know whenever there was a house that came on the market that was suited for our family! Hayley was never too busy to answer a question or drive at what felt very last minute notice to show us homes that came up on the market. She is very knowledgeable and has the best personality. She has yours and your families best interest at heart and it showed through the whole process. We had many moments where it felt like we would never be homeowners with a lot of hurdles in our path but Hayley was there every step of the way and encouraged us as we worked through them. There was never a question that was too big or too small for her, if she didn't have the answer she was able to point us to the ones who specialized in it and could. My wife and I bought our first beautiful home thanks to Kevin ! It has been an amazing experience. We had no idea what is the process of buying a house but Kevin guided us step by step. Rachel and her Team are just great people to work with; I was still in New Brunswick when I called her and told her I wanted to see some listings in Medicine Hat, Lethbridge and other small towns - She instantly got a realtor for me in Medicine Hat and also set time for us to see houses in Lethbridge and Fort Macleod. Later she introduced me to her Boss, who is also a great guy to talk to. Overall, my experience with Rachel and Atkinson Team equals 100% satisfied.
