Just had my roof done by Andrew and Cory, very please with the quick turnaround from quote to completion.

I had 6 roofing companies come by to quote, only heard back from 4. Aspengrove's was very reasonable in comparison to the others and the fact they were able to get it done within a few weeks was a nice bonus.

They cleaned up the site very well, couldn't even tell they were there (aside from the roof being new 😉

Aspengrove team did the replacement of our massive roof with asphalt shingles. During the heavy rains in February the roof started to leak significantly, and Andrew responded to my inquiry within a day. After the damage examination, the clear estimate was presented and materials chosen. The job was completed within the 2 dry days. While going through renovations isn’t our idea of a good time having Aspen Construction here to sooth the transition was the best decision we ever made. We had roughly 80% of our interior renovated and the work was fantastic! Andrew is an excellent communicator; always willing to talk us through what is happen and open to our thoughts and ideas. Their entire crew were super respectful of our space and very easy to get along with. The level or workman ship is top notch, they really know what they are doing. Aspen construction does what they say they will do and so much more. When we move on to our second stage of renovations we will be calling Aspen Construction. We love our new home and we highly recommend them!

I contacted Andrew about needing a new roof and he came to check out the project asap. He went over everything they could do in great detail. He made great improvements on my roof by adding venting and some new plywood to make sure that the new roof would last and not fail like the old one. His team worked extremely hard from sun up to sun down to make sure the project was complete asap. I've personally been in construction for 17 years and so I know how a project should go and this project definitely lived up to my picky standards! I highly recommend this company.

When Andrew first came to meet us at our house, we were planning to sell our house and move and I didn't really think we would go through with renovations. However, after meeting Andrew, renovating our house to become our dream home seemed within reach. Everything turned out better than we could have hoped. Not only was Andrew great to work with, but all of the trades he hired were excellent as well.

Our biggest concerns going into a renovation were the discomfort of having people in our home and the mess. It was quickly clear that having Andrew and his team around would definitely not be a problem! It was just like having friends over all the time who happened to create some dust and noise. Andrew and his team were so good with our two young sons too, and we all made it through the renovation with what felt like really minimal disturbance to our lives. As for the mess, Andrew was meticulous about cleaning up after himself at the end of each day. Even on the days he wasn't on site, he would call or stop by at the end of the day to make sure everything was how it should be. His greatest concern was always our comfort and well being, even though he himself was working so hard.

I had the pleasure of working with Aspen Grove Construction/Andrew Todsen on not 1 but 2 flood renovations.
