Excellent craftsmanship. Closing went smoothly. Aspens attention to detail was outstanding. We had such minor things we needed them to come back to fix after and they did no questions asked. Nice customer service. This is a builder you can trust.

We bought a new home through Aspen Ridge, we paid a highest price to upgrade their standard kitchen they had into a customs one. Their décor center did an unprofessional work ,they sent to Frendel Kitchen a wrong info and screwed up everything.
We gave them a detailed explanation what we need to get for our money we paid and how the project should be looking, we tried to get an answer during the installation if everything is goes as planned but no one answered to our questions and shared with us about the changes that they planned to do without telling us.
At the PDI we were in shock, our kitchen had a completely different ugly look.
Dummy doors , moldings ,canopy were installed incorrectly.
After all argues and conversations they told us to put these items in Tarion list but at the end Aspen is refused to replace them being saying that all these are standard and installed as per plan.
This is my 4th house and we never had so bad and unprofessional approach and disrespect to their buyers.
We will definitely keep to defend our rights to get what we paid for .
We won't touch Aspen never again and have our strong advise to stay away from this builder.

We bought a million dollar home Cleave View Estates Brampton. Few days ago went to see the construction on my house. The outer wall of the whole house was built using drywall instead of Oriented-Strand Board (OSB). My friend bought similar house in phase one, it was built using Oriented-Strand Board (OSB). If you can't believe it see the attached pictures & see the neighbor hose as well. Very disappointed with the construction.

The pandemic caused lots of delay. Fortunately, finally seeing the designer today. Daniella is very helpful and the communication with the designer is pleasant.

My experience with this Builder is not good so far. I have purchased and dealt with other Builders and have had a better experience. I find that they drag out all their new build projects for years which results in the Purchaser paying occupancy fees for a long time resulting in them receiving more money.

They utilize a lot of subpar contractors to build their projects which results in shoddy workmanship. They tend to use a lot of low quality materials as well and it shows. They’ll present an initial plan for the site then try to squeeze extra units in and take away from vital things such as more parking and other amenities.

When you bring concerns to their attention, they will address some and ignore the rest and if you keep going back to them, they bring out the contracts and try to tell you they didn’t promise it would function perfectly. Find a more reputable builder to invest in.

We purchased our home from Aspen Ridge in Queensville a couple years ago. Ruth the salesperson was amazing to deal with. Our house recently closed and I am very happy with all of my interactions with the Aspen Ridge employees. Our PDI with Ashley was done very thoroughly and professionally. She has also been very responsive after our closing. Jake from construction has also been very pleasant and courteous. We haven’t even done our 30 day form yet but we are already very pleased with the quality of our house and the lack of major issues that we’re seeing. Overall I’m glad we made the purchase from Aspen Ridge.

We purchased our home in 2020 so of course there was quite a delay however, we finally moved in 2023. We absolutely love our home and the overall workmanship is lovely throughout all the details. Aspen Ridge followed through with all of our upgrades wonderfully. Design consultants could go into a bit more details more thoroughly in respects to upgrades as we did have to point out specific upgrades such as sunken sinks etc. ourselves but overall we are very content. Follow up contractors are very courteous and kind.

Stay away. Our first home and although we should feel accomplished/fortunate by being able to buy a home, I just can't be happy here.

The quality and customer service is horrible:
Random items left in our ducts.
AC evaporator coil unit not installed centred so our blower fan was struggling to blow air throughought the house.
Many steps make horrible creeking noise.
Doors frames not squared so hinges are constantly squeaking.
Parging on outside lasted less than 5 years.
Bowed walls.
Creaky kitchen tiled floors.
Foundation wall has a leak, they came and "parged" the outside which I guess lasted until warranty was up and now they won't help.
Calling them for help is useless as they'll make it impossible for you.

I will be fixing my house properly and out of pocket so I can sell it - I just cant stand to think I am living in an Aspen Ridge house anymore.
I will also be informing potential buyers of my horror stories buying an Aspen Ridge house, which will work against me, but I am prepared to walk through every repair I did and how it was done properly and how the contractors I used have warranties that are transferable.

I honestly feel bad for the next person who buys an aspen ridge home.
I want to sue them - anyone with similar issues let's meet up.
