If you want to wait 7 months to get a survey this is the firm for you!

We had a survey done in October, and did not get a copy of it until May 18th, after numerous e-mails and phone calls. It sounds like the barrier to the completion of the survey's is the owner. Allegedly there are many, many, surveys piling up that just need his stamp of approval, but he doesn't seem to be interested in doing this.

If you are thinking of having a survey done by this company you should literally find anyone else, it will NOT get done in any reasonable time frame and will require extensive follow-up for that to happen. If you have had the misfortune of having a survey done by this company and are still waiting I would strongly recommend getting Harry's e-mail/phone and contacting him directly.

The other employees we dealt with were sympathetic and were nice to deal with. I imagine it is quite frustrating to have to field angry phone calls all day for something out of your control.

I agree with the other comments and opinions. Avoid this company. I had to teach them how to calculate the height of our house. It was a joke. Even the City couldn't believe how poor the documents were coming from these guys. I have been dealing with the President (Harry) who can barely respond to an email. I regret ever using them.

If you want your survey within 3 months of ordering it don't hire this company. It took 9 months to get my survey eventhough it was completed and ready for signoff after 2 months. I will not be hiring this company again.

Engineers and Land Surveyors.
These folks have the original land survey files for at least the area north of York Blvd between Queen and Locke.
As always engineers are very conservative in setting new structure issues/construction.
We got a good set of drawings for some correction of water drainage issues to use with city hall for a permit.
