We recently moved into an older house and had a long list of items to address from the home inspection. Artman Contracting walked through the house and helped point out some missed safety concerns and helped us make a plan on what we needed to tackle that also fit within our budget. They booked multiple contractors to come in and coordinated a variety of work. The team is very professional, kind and does excellent work. Every team that came through our home treated it with respect, and Artman Contracting made sure the site was always left in excellent condition. We feel like part of their family now and are incredibly grateful they helped us tackle a long list of issues to make our home safe and comfortable. The service provided was above and beyond anything we expected. Their prices are fair and reasonable when we compared with multiple quotes. Are you looking for a contractor for your home or business renovation? Ask yourself, who exactly this person should be? Is it someone who agrees with you on everything, even if your ideas are not the best, and you end up with “Well, this is what you`ve asked for!” or do you need someone who can explain why your ideas are not the best and what other options you have? Would you like it to be someone who can give you the lowest estimate just to get the job and then “you get what you pay for” or do you want it to be someone who can provide you with a REALISTIC and detailed quote and then make you feel like there is nothing more important in this world than finishing your project on time with a superior quality? If you pick a second option, then Arthur is your guy!
We needed to get office renovation done in our new location and being a loyal customer of Artman Contracting we didn`t even consider anyone else. Due to extremely short notice for a project like this, it was even more challenging for them to fit us into their busy schedule, but they were still able to deliver such an awesome service!
As usual, Maria advised us on the design and colour combination (which we were skeptical about at the beginning but decided to trust her opinion) and, as usual, the final product is absolutely stunning. We keep getting compliments from our clients on how awesome our new office is!
One more thing I wanted to mention. Out of 8 (eight!) different contractors we had to use on our project, ONLY Arthur`s team were never late, never had any excuses about this or that, finished their job ahead of the promised date and even found and helped us to resolve problems caused by other “professionals”. When you are already stressed out about deadlines and an extremely short amount of time before the official opening, having someone who can take some load off your shoulders is priceless.

Artman Contracting Ltd. built a deck in the back of our home and did a beautiful job! Our project went smoothly from the start to finish in communication, design, documentation, customer service, and construction.
