Arthex’ main objective is Quality Service. Unlike our previous property management company, I can confidently say on behalf of our Board of Directors and unit owners, the Arthex team lives and delivers on the promise of quality service.

Quality service encompasses many components. The key ones we have experienced at Arthex include customer-focus, responsiveness, reliability, and continuous improvement.

Every team member we have worked with have responded promptly to our needs and either resolved our requests quickly or kept us abreast of their progress towards a resolution. And when they deliver the promised service, it is done dependably and accurately. Like any organization, mistakes can happen. However, as we experienced, you can rest assured the Arthex team mind-set is not one of becoming defensive but rather taking responsibility and taking corrective action.

To ensure reliable quality service, Arthex prides itself in being process oriented while recognizing the importance of being flexible when circumstances warrant it. Case in point, we had very specific financial reporting preferences which they diligently worked through and provided to us.

Arthex is attentive to evolving customer needs and industry changes. They are open to constructive criticism and continuous improvement. Recently, we suggested a change to their chargeback policy. Rather than dismissing the suggestion they chose to assess the impact on their standard operating procedures. After deliberations among the Arthex team, they identified and implemented a new system which provided a win-win solution for clients and Arthex.

Kelly and the Arthex team have done more for our condo in the first 6 months than our previous management company did over 10+ years.

They’ve fixed up problems around our condo that have been sitting idle for years. They’ve contacted previous vendors to ensure accurate records for our audits. They’ve also set up a pipeline for projects that need to happen in our complex. I spoke to one of our maintenance workers last week who also said Kelly has been great to work with.

Above all we’re now getting regular communication from property management about the status of projects.

We just had our first AGM with Kelly and had the largest turn out in years. Well done Kelly and the team!

Living in a condo managed by Arthex Property Management has been a frustrating experience. Despite the positive reviews, I have found them to be completely unresponsive. I've escalated issues to my property manager both personally and via email over a year ago, and still, there is no solution or even a plan for a solution. Very disappointing.
