The ARC Elements team performed asbestos removal from our attic in a safe, careful, and methodical fashion. There were some challenges at this time of the year due to unexpectedly very cold weather (late November, early December), but they were overcome, partly by ARC Elements working closely with our insulation contractor. Their professional setup of a safe containment area for the asbestos removal, permitted us to live in our house rather than move to another location while this work was carried out. At the end of the asbestos removal process, they passed the third-party regulatory review with flying colors. We definitely would recommend this firm to anyone requiring asbestos abatement on their property.

Chris and his team at ARC Elements were fantastic. Finding out you have asbestos containing vermiculite in your homes attic is very scary and concerning. Chris explained the abatement process to us and was very reassuring. The process went smoothly, all the air quality checks were done, he even arranged with Komfort Insulation to come in and do the new insulation once the asbestos was removed. It was a very seamless and well done process. We feel so much better knowing that our hone is now asbestos/vermiculite free and has all new insulation. I would highly recommend Chris and his amazing team from ARC Elements.

Chris and the team at ARC have continuously done a tremendous job for us with asbestos abatements over the years. They took on the asbestos abatement portion of a huge multi-home demolition project of an entire sub-division for us here in Saskatoon. The project included 37 homes and went off without any disruptions, delays or excuses. Chris is very diligent and accurate on his estimating process. He has always been able to beat the competitors prices while getting the job done right and on schedule. I will continue to recommend and use ARC elements for years to come.
