My experience with Art Homes was bitter sweet. Sweet due to Deep and Jaskaran being very professional during the whole process. Very informative and providing updates at each stage.Hence a star for each of those individuals.
Bitter due to the site manager who needs a basic course in customer service and communication. She’s a very rude, arrogant and obnoxious person. Had a walkthrough with her whilst she was ‘under the influence’ and she blamed it on a ‘rough day’. Not professional and definitely no grace in her. Just a very rude being to the core. Almost let go of our dream family home due to her. Have heard of similar feedback from homeowners who have been unfortunate of having to meet such a person. Hopefully management can resolve this serious issue as purchasing your family home should be a fun, exciting and positive experience.

I am home owner in the Edmonton's most beautiful community "Arbours of Keswick".

My overall experience starting from searching home to find a lot and then witnessing the home to be built up from flat land to a beautiful two story Single Family Home.

I purchased this property from Rohit Communities and my family is very pleased for our decision.

Our Area Sales Manager was Bala and Viv Benjamin. They are jut awesome people. Very fair discussion and have answers to all our queries. We had thousands of questions as home buyers.
After Bala left Rohit, Viv was a person to go and still a person to go.

Viv kept us updated all the time about our Electrical walk-out, floor walk out, Dry wall walk out and lights walkout and final walkout before our possession.
Viv has great and exceptional Customer Service skills, even sometimes he came on his week day off to allow us to see the home.

Fortunately, our home was built by Supervisor Jason and Jason is great guy who knows how to build the home and we were impressed in very first meeting.
On the final walkout day, Shawn Choudhary explained us very time details before we take the keys of our corner, pond facing lot...

Best part is that there was no hidden charges for our home and despite the lumber prices has increased, we didn't pay a single penny extra from our agreed price.

We were lucky that We had Bala, Viv, Julien, Jason, and Shawn involved in building our home from a barren land to a Single family home..

Kudos to the Rohit's team @ Arbours of Keswick.
