The project was extensive, involving significant hand digging in certain areas, but the AquaFix team handled it with professionalism and efficiency. We now have peace of mind with their lifetime written warranty, knowing that if water issues arise again, we're covered. We highly recommend AquaFix for their expertise in wet basement solutions.

Aqua-Wreck (not AquaFix) For a quoted 1-2 day job, we got to babysit the team of teenagers, have our yard a mess for 8 days, have their team damage our property as well as our neighbours (on camera). The team used our hose, left the water on (right beside the hole they just dug), filling the hole they dug, causing a flood in our finished basement. We hired them to fix it, not create more problems. All to be harrassed for payment before receiving a final invoice. Not confident in the quality of the work and just a reminder, the warranty is only as good as the business is still open. Would never rehire this team and certainly not recommend them to family, friends or neighbours.

We chose Aquafix to finish the second half of our basement waterproofing after a previous contractor didn't follow through. Matt came by within 48 hours, did a thorough walk through and explanation with pictures of what they would carry out. Aquafix overcame a few obstacles (strictly technical and entirely out of anyone's control) and efficiently did the work. At all points we were kept informed of progress by their friendly and knowledgeable staff. Despite a subcontractor doing a quite inadequate job of back-filling after waterproofing was completed, Aquafix stepped up to save the day again! It is refreshing and reassuring to see a company take so much pride in their work. Thanks Aquafix!

I'd like to give a shout out to a local company from Brighton - Aqua Fix! My parents live in Brighton and had a leak in their basement. They contacted AquaFix and they came in immediately. After checking the foundation and finding no cracks, AquaFix advised them that the problem was in their window well. The next day, 2 workers dug out the window well that was filled with mud which was causing the problem. They treated my parents with respect and got the job done with no issues. I highly recommend them!

Had a few leaks in 3 or 4 different places in my basement. Alex was very clear with what they were going to do. He worked with me (as it was basically the entire basement job) on a price. The guys were very respectful and did an awesome job. They were able to fit me in within the week of me calling too which was a bonus.

I recently had my basement waterproofed by the guys after a failed attempt by another company who's name I won't mention. Alex and Angie were a pleasure to work with and the crew were great as was the job. They were in and out in no time and left everything clean, tidy and most importantly DRY. If your thinking about who to fix your leaky basements I would highly recommend AquaFix you wont be disappointed.
