Angèle is organized, reliable, and transparent with her clients throughout the design process. Starting from our first meeting, Angèle had a simple email outlining her responsibilities and what we could expect for timelines, costs, and deliverables. She listened to us and her suggestions for designs were functional and reasonable. Our original plan was the "large" dream home but when materials and other costs started to rise, we had to drastically reduce our expectations and change to a two-phase build. Angèle was understanding and just as attentive to our small scale plan as to our large plan. When we were asking for certain features in our plan, Angèle let us know what building code allowed, and suggested alternate and cost-saving options. There were no concerns with us building in Prince George and Angèle's Drafting and Design located in Fort St. John, Angèle has an efficient system in place that is effortless. Angèle is also an energy advisor, combining this service with our plan design has saved time and effort. We are very pleased with our plan and excited to build our home! We highly recommend Angèle's Drafting and Design for developing your building plans.
