I won a Handyman for a day prize with Amsted at the Home Show. They resolved a few maintenance issues I had. A previous contractor used the wrong grout in the shower. Joe DiRienzo removed and replaced the grout. He re-insulated the base of a window and fixed the ledge that got damaged over this past winter. It was a wonderful and useful gift. It was also a great way to familiarize myself with the Homecare division of Amsted.

As beautiful and painless as a renovation project can be. Our entire first floor was completely modernized on time and slightly under budget - what else can we say?

The Amsted crew was very responsive to any issues during the project. The design team helped us create a plan which is both functional and beautiful to our tastes with the main focus being to improve the kitchen - they even provided advice beyond original concept with suggestions for accent walls, appliances and rugs etc. We cannot say enough about their team at all stages of the project from design to completion. The contractors they hired were all professional, on time and friendly - especially with our dog. We were always informed of any delays due to unusual circumstances.

We have no hesitation recommending them based on our experience. They managed the entire process with ease.

We built a custom home with Amsted, and were blown away by the care, dedication, and expertise of the whole team. Our project manager Jason Labelle was able to beautifully orchestrate our build like a maestro so that we were able to move in on schedule. To choose Amsted, we did a lot of online research, asked our networks for recommendations, and spoke to a few different companies. Amsted came out on top. We LOVED that it was a one-stop shop for design and build. We made a great choice, and our house build was an incredible adventure we will never forget. Walked by one of their job sites - completely clean, quiet and well blended with the neighbourhood during construction. Porta potty outside, like EVERY contractor should provide and clean for their Employees. Nailed it Guy!

I’ve dealt with many contractors in the past. But will definitely queue Amsted up for upcoming Renos.
