Eric and Elise form a great team who helped my parents sell their condominium when they were no longer able to live there on their own. The team provided a turn-key solution and made all the necessary arrangements, including repairs and staging. (This is in contrast to some of the other realtors we worked with in the past, who expected us to make our own arrangements.) They explained to us the selling strategy, including the pricing and schedule, from the very beginning and stuck to the plan. This gave us the confidence that we were not making decisions emotionally. They fought to get us the best agreement, which included the price and conditions. They were very personable and always reachable during the day and into the evening. They are very pleasant to work with and addressed every one of our questions patiently. I would strongly recommend using them if you'd like to sell your property.

We had Eric help selling our family house. He truly put himself in our shoes to thinks for us and cares for our needs in the whole process. Our house is a family investment property and no one lives there, but Eric would go to our house at 10PM to help clear the snow in the driveway for the open house the next day. He also helped stage the house to be warm and cozy and look very presentable. The whole process was hassle-free and worry-free for us. Despite the slow market, Eric help negotiated the price and conditions to be much better than our expectation! We were mentally prepared to lower the target price even before listing. (We know the market is slow right now and the recent neighborhood sale record wasn't that great as well) But the final price ended up to be ~15-20% higher than what we expected. Eric also helped negotiate the closing date to be just one week! (perfect for us because the house is vacant and we can save some utilities and such) He really thinks for us and fights for us. 100% I would recommend him to my families and friends for any real estate needs in the future.

Our property sold last week by Donna and Eric. It was very nice to work with them as well as their team. They were very efficient, very responsive, and the most important point to us is very considerate.

The way of communication was very easy, simple and neat. Things were all get to the point, very high level on execution. These were all we need when we selling the property and I would say Donna and Eric did it!

Agreed with all other comments and would like to add one more pont, one of the major succession of quick selling in short period of time was preparation. They get well prepare on what should be done before showing and open house, they did very good staging and make selling going incredibly smooth.
