The very first place I went to when I moved to Quesnel last August (to fix a stone chip) and the last place I went before moving this summer (full windshield replacement). Exceptional customer service both times. Everyone who works here are just so kind and you feel in good hands. Special thanks to Rachel for all her wonderful help and inviting our dog in multiple times for love and pets. 🙂

Horrible experience for me. They broke the light sensor on my dash while changing my windshield. I brought it to their attention and was blown off like they are famous for. They told me that they had not broken it and said the sensors are cheap. After 200 dollars for my damaged part I was less than pleased. They had no desire to take responsibility for the part they had broken. I tell my story to warn people about the lack of talent, craftsmanship and leadership from all west glass in quesnel.

We hired All-West Glass Quesnel to remove a residential interior window & repair the opening. They removed the window, began to repair the opening then didn’t return. After 3 months and several reminders from us that we were still waiting for the job to be completed, they finally returned and finished the opening. I do not recommend this company for residential work.

After catching a rock in my windshield, I drove to All-West Glass on the chance they might be open. They were closed and I checked the door to see what their hours would be the next morning. The owner came outside, looked at my chip, and opened up his garage to fix my chip personally. He was clearly passionate about his field, answered my questions, and made me feel confident even though I was a woman in an autobody glass garage. He politely refused my payment several times, to boot. I'm sure I will be back.

After having someone come out to measure our porch for a quote for windows, we never heard back from this business. Six weeks later, after two phone calls, email and message, we still were not able to talk to anyone about the quote. It was disappointing and very unprofessional. A simple call to say he wasn't interested in the job would have been sufficient.
