After not having a kitchen for 5 months and a very awful job from a restoration company, he helped us navigate every hurdle we had along the way and educated us on so much as first time home owners. Excavation, which was major because we built on a slope, began on March 23, 2020, and here we are, on June 10 (less than three months later), with final inspection complete.

From beginning to end, the project unfolded perfectly. Dan is a master at scheduling. The trades -- which were all excellent, professional, and personable -- were on site, one after the other, day after day throughout the build, with the only down time being weekends and the occasional days spent waiting for materials.

Dan sent us detailed monthly financial reports on all costs and expenditures, and happily consulted with us on alternative cost-saving measures? Best of all, the project came in more than $15,000 under the projected budget.
