From the first contact with Moacyr from All Clear Environmental who came out to estimate my mould remediation, to the completion of the project in my family room today this firm exceeded my expectations. Customer Service was clearly evident in how they conduct business and how proficiently their crew works.

Very professional,organized,respectful and available to answer any question or concern. The crew even grabbed shovels and helped me clear my driveway this morning after the load of freezing rain that was dropped last night. Now that’s going over and above!

I’m so pleased with their service and confident that they fully remediated the mould that had spread in the area my little grandchildren play and I’m happy they can play there safely again.

Another company asked for upfront 100% payments prior to completing a job, however, All Clear Environmental initially requested for 30% upfront but after amicably discussing, they agreed to do the job first. And boy they did a great job! And I paid in full thereafter!

The Customer service and logistics are bespoke and incredibly realistic and professional.

The price is reasonable and competitive.

The job is done with impeccable knowledgeability and accuracy.

Several payment options are also available to clients for convenience purposes.

I contacted All Clear Environmental and was super impressed right off the bat! Sid was very responsive, professional extremely knowledgeable.

They hire dangerous drivers. Their driver in toronto nearly caused an accident with us due to roadrage yesterday, april 11th.

He was not happy that we had to merge infront of him when our lane was ending.

Once traffic got going and the other lane reopened, he went around us and nearly rammed us before merging back into the same lane infront of us extremely aggressively.

I would warn the company and its customers of this dangerous behavior.

I have dashcam proof if anyone needs to see it.

This is the first time I’ve ever had to inquire about asbestos removal services and therefore a little nervous about the process. I reached out to a few local companies for quotes… and SO glad I came across and decided to go with AllClear!

After sending a quote request, I was first connected with Victor - who was such a pleasure to deal with! He was super quick to give me a call back to go over further details and made everything very easy to understand. I was then intro’d to Moacyr (Moe) who provided a clear quote and also very kind to communicate with!

They booked the service within 2 days of firming the quote and did an awesome job. There was a crew of 3 and they all showed up with positive attitudes and a clear willingness to get the job done.

Overall, AllClear has been nothing but amazing to deal with from start to finish. Really really nice team and will definitely be recommending to my friends and family!
