I call Alain to install my heat pump on my house, I can't asking for better service, fast, good job, clean, good price and so freindly. If you need electrician with Alain you can't go wrong.

After a power outtage I had issues for an entire weekend. Aldeo was super busy and while I could not get anyone else out to my house he made time for me at near 8pm. After checking my panel it was clear I needed replace and upgrade so he came back the next day. He was very knowledgeable and fair price. He was super busy but recognized that we needed this done asap as we had no power. I plan to call him again in the near future when I am ready for more upgrades.

This company wasted my time for over a month. The owner agreed to do a job here and said he would come the following week. No calls or updates the following week. Gave him plenty of time. Called back, was told the next week. Still nothing. Gave him one more chance and called again, he said it would be that week for sure. Another week went by and did not hear from him. If he was too busy I would have appreciated honesty instead of telling me he will show up soon and not even call.. I could have called someone else long ago. Save time and call someone else. Not even worth 1 star.
