Added photos for everything they take at this location. They also take small appliances as well as light bulbs and probably more things that I’m not listing… They take returnables (cans, bottles etc) as donations.

This is the best, well organized depot I've ever been to. Port Alberni should be a show case for all towns and cities. There are two people working there to help direct where you need to places your recycle item. Koodos to the designer.

Staff are very helpful and have takeaway pamphlets in case you pre-sort at home. Facility is easy to navigate and well kept.

Had to actually go here to find out what they took and what they didn't... nothing listed on here.
So if you need to get schooled on what's what in recycling just drop by.... I did... was fun going three everything AGAIN and pulling out stuff they didnt take and then head out to another place.. .further....but
Ok... cause they took what was left over from here.. now that I know will be easier next time.. thanks for the lesson 😀

I find the staff very helpful. Its always clean and tidy. Easy to pull your car right up and empty your stuff.
