Brendan & Simon, I wanted to write to thank you – for all your help, guidance, support and fun through the build. After we met last week, it was surreal in a way to think that we are done with meetings/ chats/ emails, after being so closely entwined for the past couple years.

We were lucky to have found you and Alair to help us in the new build journey. As I said at last week’s meeting, I knew during our very first call that you were going to be the one to bring this dream to life for us. And that feeling was solidified after we met with a few other builders. You, the Alair process, you – those were the reasons we selected Alair. And we were not disappointed with the project or ultimately, the final result.

Lastly, thank you for the photos (you really are talented!) and (all) the gifts – you really didn’t need to. But we appreciate it! The beautiful house you built is gift enough. We will be very happy here for years and years to come.

Have a great Christmas and New Year! We will touch base in 2025. In the interim, take good care, and if you are ever driving by, don’t hesitate to slow down on the hill and looky-loo at our beautiful home. You should feel a sense of pride! But better yet, don’t hesitate to knock on the door. We will always open it for you.

So glad we built with Simon and Brendan. I can't say enough good things about Simon. Very caring and dedicated. After the ice storm this week we had some issues. Simon went above and beyond to help us out. This occured after the warranty period was up. You can build with Simon and Brendan with confidence that they will take great care of you.

After purchasing a home near Stirling last year, we discovered our attached garage has some pretty serious structural issues. Being new to the area, we didn’t know who to call or where to start. After calling several other places and not hearing back, we called Alair and the call was directly answered by Brendan Troy. Brendan was friendly, understanding of our plight and very knowledgeable. My sister and brother in-law hired Alair homes again because they and their family have also hired them over the years and they all know how exceptionally great they are. I am writing the review because I was living in the home where they were working while sis was away. Bill and his assistant Derek were absolutely skillful, communicative and always available for any questions. In fact there were a few times where they just went that extra mile just to help me out. They made sure to consult us for every decision and when minds were changed, they were more than happy to shift direction! I really was blown away to see everything come together so well. All the contractors from the tilers to the carpenters to the painters were adept at the work they had to do and everything was finished with complete care in the time arranged time frame. If I ever have a home built or renovated you can bet I would call Alair homes!

We worked with Brendan to capture a recent renovation project of his for a 130 year old farmhouse. The project came together beautifully and we were honoured to capture the end results. We spoke with his client while we were there as well and they were thrilled with the project and how it came together! From what we understand, Brendan's process is 100% transparent and clients always have access to the costing on their project.
