Been living here a year, buildings kept super clean, staff very understanding and efficient. The management and maintenance staff at Airdrie place apartments are great.Haven't had any issues since I moved here. Love the peace and quiet of the place. Airdrie place is the best place to live, My wife and I moved from another province and Brigitte made things super easy for us, not to mention that she was very kind, the staff is very friendly and the areas are very clean. Our heating started making a noise and we reported it and the same day they made arrangements so that the next day first thing in the morning , they would come to fix it! thank you so much!

Had meant to write this sooner but I have been here now for just over 4 months after moving from BC, this has been my first time moving from my home province, which left me suitably nervous so I just wanted to add to the positive reviews. The assistance I received while moving from another province was fantastic, very responsive and incredibly helpful. Airdrie Place has a really great 'community' feel and the onsite personnel are amazing, as are the neighbors. It is a very safe neighborhood and the on-site management is impeccable. Thank you to everyone involved for making this transition so seamless.

The management and maintenance staff at Airdrie place apartments are great. They are always quick to fix any issue. The outdoor space is very well maintained and the indoor space is very clean. When we moved in we dealt with Susan. She is the kindest, sweetest lady. She made the move for our little family very easy and stress free. We are very happy to be here and couldn't thank the staff enough for all that they do!

I've lived in these apartments for two years now and it's the best place to live in Airdrie.

The management/staff is friendly, VERY accommodating and up to date with matience and changes. When I needed a place to store my bike, they put a rack in my parking stall the next day. When I needed a sticker for my new car, they hand delivered it to my door. The staff goes over and above to make sure their tenants are always happy.

The apartments are cozy, comfortable and very quiet. I highly recommend living here!!

I have lived at Airdrie Place Appartments for 4 1/2 years now and feel very fortunate to be able to be a resident. I have nothing but positive things to say about Management and Staff and how well they look after their tenants.
The buildings and grounds are always very well maintained and renter security is a high priority. It has been my experience that if any issues arise, they are tended to quickly and efficiently by the competent and friendly staff.
I could not find a better place to live and look forward to hopefully calling Airdrie Place my home for many years to come.

I have lived for almost one year in a suite at Airdrie Place.

The suites are modernly appointed. With new fixtures, granite countertops, dark wood cabinets and vinyl flooring, it is extremely easy to decorate the place with your own style in mind. Safety is top of mind with the building being fully sprinklered and requiring key or fob access at all of the right places.

The common area spaces are always kept clean and well maintained, as are the outdoor areas which are impeccably manicured and have a variety of trees and flowers. Spending time in the courtyard area on a sunny day is always amazing - a unique plus to this building.

I appreciate all of the parking the buildings offer, with both a choice of underground and surface parking, with many spots available for visitors. The snow cleaning in the winter has been some of the best I have ever seen.

The management staff respond to any questions or concerns in a timely fashion. On the two occasions that I had a concern within the apartment, they arrived within the day. If they could not fix it, they did not hesitate to call in an expert who could - which was always appreciated. All of their staff is friendly and respectful. The communication about the various issues that impact the building are always communicated well.

I very much enjoy living here and appreciate the ongoing time, energy and effort that the team puts in every day to keep it this way!

Beautiful place to live. The units are modern and very clean, and very quiet. Whenever anything breaks down within that day it is fixed. Management is very friendly and helpful always smiling and willing to help you in anyway. The grounds are beautiful, during the summer grass is green, Beautiful flowers and landscaping. During the winter the snow removal is Awesome! I really enjoy calling this my home. Susan.
