Thank you to Air Energy Solutions for installing a new heat pump for my parents. Everything went according to plan with a minimum of disruption to their routine. A big bonus when working with elderly people.
Both the technician and office personnel were very helpful, friendly and professional. After the unit was installed everything was left clean and tidy. The old unit was taken away as well as any packaging and installation debris. We were also offered a yearly maintenance package (no pressure to sign up) which we will be taking advantage of. I would not hesitate to recommend your company.

Less then a week after moving into our new home the heat pumps stopped working! We contacted Aaron & Cassie and within 2-3 days had us booked in, assessed the problem and fixed the issue! Aaron also explained the issue in terms that we would understand and then explain what he had to do to fix it!
