I have had the pleasure of taking my car to Advanced Auto twice now and both times, they have been nothing but absolutely top notch. Everyone is very friendly and knowledgeable.

My emergency visit today was no different. While driving home on the 410, a fellow driver alerted me that my tire was flat. Concerned, I pulled over and discovered a nail in the back tire. I called Advanced Auto, and they were fantastic! They squeezed me in and patched my tire right away.

While they were fixing it, I mentioned having just had my tires switched over. They kindly offered to check and re-torque the lug nuts for me. To my shock, they discovered that my front right tire was missing a lug nut and that the others were very loose. They provided a great deal on a replacement lug nut and thoroughly checked the rest of the tires to ensure everything was safe for me to drive. They even took my car for a quick test drive to guarantee it was roadworthy.

After hearing about the loose and missing lug nut, I was terrified of what could have happened, especially since I drive over 50 km one way on the 410. I feel incredibly fortunate that Advanced Auto took the time to fix the mistake made by Kia. Their attention to detail and care for my safety made a world of difference. Thank you, Advanced Auto! Our family of 5 were driving back home to south western Ontario from the airport and our alternator decided to die. This shop was the only place willing to take us on emergency and not make us wait until next week to have our car fixed. They replaced our alternator while we walked downtown and had lunch. If you are in need of an engine immobilizer to get a discount on your insurance. This is the place to go for great service, friendly staff and hands down best price. We had to take the immobilizer certificate to insurance for proof and the agent said she will recommend her clients to Advanced. She was impressed with how much less it cost than other garages.
