I am writing share my experience purchasing in Nautique Lakefront and to express my deep dissatisfaction with the facts we have seen, The builder claimed to be "Building Higher Standards." Unfortunately, what we have encountered has been far from the five-star living experience we were promised. Instead, it has been an extraordinarily stressful ordeal.

Firstly, the quality of materials used is the cheapest available, which does not align with the high standards advertised. Furthermore, there have been numerous issues with incorrect installations and unfinished work, delay in completing the work and poor workmanship.

The service has also been severely lacking. Today is July 30th and despite having two elevators in the building, only one is operational, causing long wait times for residents of a building that has 26 levels and 264 units. This is unacceptable and has caused significant inconvenience and frustration.

My condo is in level 19 they decided my car parking to be in level P7 the lowest level and Locker is in P5, where is the logic or smart design in this nightmare order and only one elevator serving the whole building?

Our main concern is understanding how the builder managed to obtain our permit to close when there are so many key aspects that remain incomplete. This raises serious questions about the our rights as a consumers.

We request immediate action to address these issues, complete the outstanding work to the promised standard, and improve the overall living conditions in the building.

We look forward to your prompt response and resolution to these matters.

We provided advertising services to Adi Developments in 2023 which we still haven't been paid for. Despite several promises by Adi Developments to send payment for a past-due invoice from October 2023, they've yet to pay a single dollar for services rendered.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I would be very wary about purchasing properties from this company. Very unprofessional. If you try and contact them, hoping they’ll come fix the issues they create ,they won’t even respond. There’s also zero communication or transparency around what they’re doing and when. You’ll wake up one day and your driveway is completely barricaded by construction workers’ machinery. Not once, but TWICE we have woken up to construction workers ripping up our driveway with zero prior communication. Couldn’t get the car out. I called immediately to understand what was going on - others in the company knew this was going to occur and just didn’t notify landlords or home owners. Not one person called me back after speaking to them, to ensure this wouldn’t happen again - which the promised they would after speaking to the “customer care team”. Good luck if you need to get to work or have a medical emergency. Also, seems there is no pride taken in the work done on the property. We’ve had issues with windows and doors to the design and layout to quality air flow to the grounds themselves. Multiple bugs enter the house from every which way, likely due to poor insulation and construction. My sister came to visit one day and got locked in the bathroom! The door handle would not allow her to leave without 3 of us trying multiple tools to get her out of there. (Thanks for the response btw, but we had a friend fix it for us because normally we receive zero responses unless we hound you guys to fix something.) What if you were alone?
Another example. One day at home I overheard my toilets bubbling and spraying over. My husband went outside to inquire about what was happening, and a representative stated, “Oh…we have to flush the sewer system. Oh! You may want to close the seats of your toilets. “ Gee, thanks for telling us in advance. This is just the tip of the iceberg. I normally don’t write public reviews like this, but I cannot hold back in order to warn others

My experience with ADI was amazing from the sale of the condo to the closing date. Customer service was excellent especially from Rennie and Rehanna. They were super friendly and were always happy and willing to help with any questions or concerns we had. I’m really happy with my condo from ADI. The amenities are really great and the condo unit is perfect. The finishes throughout the unit are top notch and the unit is spacious. I would recommend ADI to anyone and would definitely purchase from ADI again.

Love my new condo at Dakota Common (Valera). Moved in beginning of July. Great amenities such as gym, sauna, yoga room, swimming pool, also party room. Love parking my car in the underground parking for those rainy/snowy days. They take good care of it in regards to keeping it clean and just overall maintenance. Any issues, are taken care of right away. Happy owner ?

I also give them zero If I could . We paid for a pre-construction appartment oon Realm 1 ,3 years ago and they suppose to do occupancy on June 2024,They did not even start the constraction yet! They just do bussiness with people money!!So disappointing!
