Horrible company. At 7:30am I was woken to banging on my from door and repeatedly ringing my door bell. Knocking so hard it knocked a photo off my wall near my front door. They woke my daughter with epilepsy up. I went to calm her down and the 4 men knocked louder once hearing me. I got to the door and was met by a worker who was upset I didn't come immediately to the door. He told me I needed to learn how to be more polite.

I asked for their supervisor's name. None of the crew would give me information on how to contact their employer.

Finally a nice man driving a sweeping truck called their supervisor. He was very kind and apologetic.

However an hour later members of the crew trespassed into my property and started picking the fruit from my trees and I had to kick them out. They flat out acted like they couldn't hear me.

Rude employees with an employer obviously mass hiring and doing absolutely no real screening. Sometimes the lowest bid on a project has its reasons.

I’ve been in Alberta a long time and have dealt with several rude, nasty and unprofessional people, like seriously people who shouldn’t be employed or allowed outside. I thought I seen it all until I had the ultimate misfortune of dealing with three employees this week, two from head office. After several phone calls, messages and being ghosted, I was ultimately “told off” by what I can only assume is the worst receptionist of all time. She told me that she was not going to transfer me to the manager I wanted to speak with, not even to leave her another message, flat out refused to give me her number and also refused to transfer me to a higher manager. This was is the most unprofessional and uncivilized behaviour that I have ever experienced in my life and these three people on your staff should be mortified and embarrassed and as a company you should be embarrassed by hiring them.

Wish you could give negative stars. They are doing resurfacing in my area. They started in my one entrance area at 430pm Thursday and tell me to park somewhere else and it's just for 8hours. They don't even finish that night. Not too sure who moved the barricades 4hours later but people end up coming into the area that night. Well Friday morning 10am a nice worker (actually) comes around and let's everyone know they are shutting the block down again. The whole day Friday goes by and they do nothing all they have left is one run down the middle of the road and they wait for 330pm to do one pass. That takes them 25 minutes. Now the whole block is closed for another 8hours. All for a grand total of maybe 1.25hours of work. Thank you for wasting so much of our tax money and having such poorly managed crew working here.

I had an occurrence with one of their vehicles while driving to work. I decided to call them to let them know, they had their safety team look into it and got back to me right away. This company cares about others and takes responsibility for mistakes they may make. I would say they are very professional and obviously have a good business going. Thank you for listening to me and taking action.

I use ACP applied products for Asphalt Milling regularly. Scott is always a pleasure to deal with and the crews and so easy to work with on site. I have worked with them with membrane water proofing and sealant products as well. I will continue to use ACP for sure!

We were traveling on 63 today, just after Thorhild turnoff your crew were crack filling a section of the road. My husband was extremely happy that they were rolling the rocks after they were applied and when the roller was done the excess rocks were being blown away so that windshields were not damaged. Thank you!

Wow, the construction on range road 274 is an absolute nightmare, an accident waiting to happen. Roads are not properly blocked off and people driving against traffic. Unpleasant staff! Mentioned it to the guy who was holding the stop sign as you come off the yellow head only to be mocked by him.
