There was a dark skin man wearing a green shirt that was involved in a road rage at the Langley Costco parking lot. The man was driving an Acciona van and was confronted by Costco staff, telling the man to stop yelling and causing a scene. The man was cussing with minors nearby. Completely unacceptable behaviour. Please address this man so it doesn't happen again.
