We recently closed a minto home in Abbots run community. Overall, we had great experience throughout the process from the day of signing purchase agreement to the day of collecting keys.

Pros:
1. Location
2. Price
3. Design center representative
4. Fast construction and closing on time
5. Courtesy warranty after closing

Cons:
1. Limited options in design center
2. Sales representative not responsive
3. some minor quality issues
