These men receive NO STARS from me. Contracted to install a septic system for our charitable organization, Shades of Hope, this company completed their job and were paid in full. In less than a year the system was overflowing and grey water was flooding into areas where both personnel and animals had to slop through it. My initial call brought a technician out to the property to look at the problem. He basically threw his hands up and said "i guess the water table is too high"!! For 3 months I have phoned and phoned and have been completely ignored. My calls are not returned. Calling from a different phone, I was connected with the owner, Michael who pretended to know nothing about our situation and promised wholeheartedly to make sure our issues were addressed. Nothing has been done. The water level in all the ponds, rivers and lakes in the area are now low! My overflow has not gone away.

I do NOT recommend this company. If they can treat a charitable organization with such disregard and lack of respect, I do not believe they have any business values at all.

Called to have them come and service my septic. Signed an annual contract but have not been able to get anyone to call me back in almost 2 years.

When they did answer initially they were very nice to deal with. But if I can't get them to respond or come out to service my system nice doesn't help me unfortunately.
