We recently hired Jesse and Jared Westover to make our driveway and home entrance accessible for our ten-year-old son, Charlie, who uses a wheelchair. They poured concrete on our driveway, built a deck connecting to the wheelchair lift, and constructed a lower deck and ramp leading to the side yard. These men went above and beyond our expectations. They helped us problem-solve the positioning and installation of the wheelchair lift, demonstrating incredible knowledge, craftsmanship, and professionalism.

What truly sets Jesse and Jared apart is their heart and compassion. They genuinely cared about the purpose behind the project, putting their all into every step. Thanks to their dedication, Charlie has gained significant independence in entering and leaving our home. The work looks amazing, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Westover Services was an absolute dream to work with from start to finish. The estimate process was the best I’ve experienced. Several local contractors didn’t respond to inquiries or treated us like a number in a stack of jobs they weren’t interested in booking. Local contractors aren’t terribly interested in “small” jobs like modest interior renovation with so many new build contracts available. Jesse responded quickly and made me feel like a valued customer before anything was even booked. The estimate process itself was night and day from other recent experiences. Contractors have so many estimates to do in a day that they sometimes don’t listen to what you are asking for, leading to issues down the road. This was not the case with Jesse. Even though he had other quotes to get to, he did not rush the process, listened intently, and followed up with a quote precisely as promised. That kind of customer service is almost non-existent these days. Our job was structural, so we had an engineer involved. Jesse liaised with the engineer throughout the process to ensure everything was done correctly. Jesse and his team worked very quickly and efficiently. They were always here when they said they would be and kept us updated on their progress and estimated timeline. When the scope of the job changed, Jesse explained it in detail and asked for approval of increased costs before the work started. Any time we had an issue or question, Jesse made time for us. When a minor problem was discovered after completion, Jesse returned and fixed it as quickly as possible – no questions asked, no excuses – he simply made it right. Whatever job you’re looking to have done, you will not regret hiring Jesse. I can confidently say that the only contracting company we will call in the future is Westover Services.
