Can’t say enough good things about Samir Maita at Radcliffe Real Estate! We used him to both sell and buy a house. We didn’t know Samir prior to reaching out to Radcliffe Real Estate, however after working with him to buy and sell over the last 5 months, I would consider him a friend before a real estate agent. Samir was always available for a text or phone call, regardless if it was a weekend or holiday (He called from Disneyland on a family vacation). There are no salesman smoke or mirrors with Samir. He will tell you honest opinions and recommendations. You feel like a friend before a client, and it is easy to tell your best interests come first before any commission. After viewing multiple houses, we became interested in a house that was de-listed and off the market. Without question, Samir brokered negotiations on our behalf for a possible private sale, even though it was made clear by the other parties no commission would be paid. That’s just the type of guy he is! Samir was professional, and has a great knowledge of the housing market. He was awesome at pointing out things to look for, and you almost got what felt like a free home inspection when viewing houses with him. We have 0 complaints and will definitely use Samir again!
