I highly recommend Manitoulin Island Construction Company. Ryan and Jess were a pleasure to work with. We had several major upgrades to our summer home near Mindemoya including metal roofs, window replacement, and a few other improvements.

The craftsmanship was excellent and they took extra care to make sure everything was clean and in great shape when the work was completed.

Ryan kept us advised throughout the project which was completed during the off-season while we were away. He sent pictures showing progress and provided updates throughout.

If you are looking for a trustworthy, high quality company, look no further!

My wife and I met with Ryan & Jess to review preliminary sketches for a 4 seasons home on Manitoulin Island. They were both extremely interested, friendly, knowledgeable & allowed us enough time to answer all our questions, offer options and alternatives and address our concerns. The Manitoulin Island Construction Company is truly a one stop shop for all your construction or renovation needs & they literally & figuratively start from the ground up.
Our only regret is that we did not meet with Ryan and Jess sooner.
