Another successful visit from the knowledgeable and friendly folks at The Imrie Group/Bullock Septic. They arrived when they said they would, and carefully did an efficient and thorough pump out and inspection of our septic system. Glenn also provides good advice as to the proper care of our septic to ensure we get many more trouble-free years. We hate surprises, especially of a septic variety, and we have peace of mind having the friendly professionals at The Imrie Group pump and inspect our Septic every two years. Communication makes this company exceptional! We are new to rural living and have never been on a well or septic system. When we noticed an issue with our septic system, i made several phone calls to local companies. Renee at Imrie Group was the only person who didn’t sound like she was selling snake oil. She was so HELPFUL. SO KIND. She sent Paul to look at our system and again, he was so helpful, knowledgeable and constructive in his advice. We had to get our septic pumped and we called Imrie company and the secretary was very informative reassuring and helpful. Apart from getting our septic pumped and cleaned we were having problems with our sump pump and they were able to come look at the situation and reassured us and fixed our sump pump. The most important thing was that they were honest they were reliable we did not have to take out a second mortgage to do the job they did for us and we felt that the service we got was outstanding. I must say that prior to that we had called a reputable company and they could not do the work that we had done by Imrie group. Outstanding . We paid so much to that company for a job that was unacceptable . we would highly recommend Imrie Group.
