Originally I had no complaints but beware: I signed a lease for one year here and at the end of my one year lease they served me notice my rent would increase $400 because there is no rent control on their units. I ended up leaving because raising my rent from 1900 to 2300 after one year is absolutely criminal. As someone who works in the leasing/real estate industry even I was shocked at the lack of compassion in a housing crisis. Another classic reason rent control needs to be reinstated in this province in new units built after 2018!

They don't care for the neighbourhood they work in. They pollute and leave garbage everywhere. Notice all the Styrofoam on James St N? You can thank Yoke.

Dona (office manager) was super helpful in setting up a space for me. The office was clean, sleek, and quiet. A perfect workspace if you need a secondary space to work out of. The staff are friendly and the free coffee is a great bonus! Definitely will be returning.

Clean and well managed property.

My experience was amazing and I feel like they are a fantastic property management group. They are doing amazing work cleaning up our community and they get it done. Not everyone likes changes or can see the positives. Great job keep up the good work!
