We lived in one of their units for 2.5 years. During that time, Monique was an excellent landlord, promptly dealing with any maintenance issues that arose.

We moved from Sarnia one month prior to our end date on the unit. Monique had a new tenant who wanted to move in during that last month. She quickly processed the necessary paperwork for the new tenant in order to maximize the refund of our last-month's rent.

She genuinely wants the best for her tenants.

I should have written this review a few months back to share my experience with Monique Vanier, Dream Property Management. I had been renting my home for over 4 years and was eventually done dirty by the homeowner. During the time that Monique was my pm, all maintenance requests and concerns were addressed properly, and completed to a high standard. She went to bat for us, advocating and educating me about my rights and responsibilities as a tenant. She was transparent and helped me find a solution to avoid being homeless, including providing an exceptional reference for our new rental - that isn’t, unfortunately, managed by Dream.

If given the opportunity to work with Dream Property Mgmt., be prepared for high standards and expectations, integrity, honesty, and approachability. Monique will follow thru.

Petty side note:
I moved. Homeowner switched to a different pm (4the within last 2 years!). Homeowner doubled the rent price. House has sat empty since spring with zero rental income. Silent karma happy dance.

I honestly can’t say enough about this company and Monique specifically. She has bent over backwards, helping me find an affordable place within my budget. She has worked with agencies on my behalf to help me get back on my feet. She’s always available to answer questions. Her/Their units are clean and very well-maintained and actually very reasonably priced. Sharing a very nice and professional experience i had with Monique, i was planning to move to sarnia and was looking at apartments for rent and i met her, saw the units and that was it, the units are like love at first site, everything is brand new modern style, and affordable which is the most important, and cherry on the top is the little patio they provide which is so cute, Monique is professional but has a bit of personal touch too which i find comforting, Thank you Dream Property for making my dream come true!!!
