This is not how my money works for me. How about I pay you based on cleanliness of the vehicle
This is trash ‼️ Where are the floor mats and this hole in the floor board of the carpet will harbor bugs and insects. These stained seats & Sitting in someone else’s unsanitary & hazardous. This is below the lowest standard. You’re only washing the outside and vacuuming what you see that’s not cleaning. But you want money for this because you believe the person need a rental and will get it anyway. How bout I pay you based on cleanliness and quality maintenance of the vehicle. You will return my to me as this is negligence

This company doesn't care about customers. There numbers are not posted at all . The corporate numbers just goes to a car rental only. I lord willing will not rent from Enterprise again .

It has been hard to get a rental communication bad long hold on phones I don’t know why no cars I said I didn’t want an suv but had to settle for one. Not enough workers. The workers where nice, but what a mess. They need more people. Not just enterprise, hertz also was out of cars only had suv. Enterprise said a race or something taken the regular cars hertz said a hail storm. What a mess.

Was scheduled to pick up car today. No cars there. Was told by manager that he would give us a call within 2 hours. It has been 31/2 hours. Called them and was told they have no cars to rent. Why are you in business. Three employees in store at 8 this morning but you have no cars to rent. Why are you there? Sad company. Unfortunately this is the only rental place in Pine Bluff.

This is for high ranking CEO, you need to spend your pay for additional employees at the Tomball TX location. Every one is so busy no one has time to answer the phone. So don't blame present employees for loosing business.

I rented minivan from Don megiel Toyota enterprise rental on nov.2022.the car was 2019 .The insurance paid $1560 for the rental,The car was defected mechanically in acceleration, I was almost killed on collision with another bad driver, I have 5 grandchildren with me.Tried many times to calling the rental office no one pick thephone.I was complianing several times even to the district manager no one satisfied me .I am wonder if Can fill case agianst them
